Actually a Lot of People Do But Only When They’re Sleeping
One of the interesting things about Pen-Jitsu is that it uses a lot of the same terminology as other, more well-known martial arts. For example, Red’s anecdote in the first panel would be complete nonsense in any other form of martial art, and one might think it was being uttered by someone who knows no more about, say, Aikido than an idiot gleaning words from a Wikipedia article. For someone skilled in Pen-Jitsu, however, it makes perfect sense.
