A disembodied head that has been floating around the computer industry since the predawn days of the microcomputer. Kevin began his computer career by building and programming his very own SWTPC (Pronounced: Swit*pick) Computer at the tender young age of 15; He was weaned on paper tape by a Teletype terminal and introduced to big iron by an IBM mainframe with a punch card reader (he still has boxes of punch cards in anticipation of the day when this form of code storage again becomes popular).

Strangely, Kevin missed the early days of the personal computer revolution (well, If you don't count his SWTPC and IMSI 8080 -- and who does?); If he wasn't off in the world magnetic cores and punch cards, he was traveling the country and working odd and various jobs. His first reintroduction to computers smaller than buildings came when he was employed by Penn State University's Microcomputer Information and Support Center (M.I.S.C. -- cute , huh?). From there he went on to create Swan Technologies (a subsidiary of Tussey Computer products) and then got hired into the world of corporate computing as the manager of NVRyan's computer department. This inspired him to vow to never take a corporate management position again. It would be in his next job where he would discover the love of his (professional) life.

After leaving NVRyan, Kevin was hired into a small elite consulting group within CISCORP; The Apple Group -- This strange eclectic business unit devoted most of its energies to a computing platform the rest of the industry did not take seriously: the Macintosh. After the cold splash of having much of what he though he knew about computing turned on its ear; Kevin fell in love. The Apple Group, with this little toy computer, was delivering solutions that the rest of the industry could only dream of and it quickly became the most profitable business unit at CISCORP.

Sadly, Kevin let success go to his head; He was seduced by the dark side and took a position as Technical Manager of ITI where he worked to deliver Windows "solutions" to the uninformed corporate masses, but Kevin repented. He realized that what he loved about the Macintosh was its elegance and how that translated into both a pleasant and productive experience. He wanted to offer solutions of such elegance; well considered products that he could deliver with pride, knowing that his customer had been given the best solution money could buy. So together with some like minded engineers and consultants he created "Advantage Consulting Group"; A company chartered to provide genuine productivity advantages to their clients, where ever those advantages may be found. To this end Kevin has become versed in workflow, business process, and human factors engineering; He has become a zealot regarding all things that enhance quality and productivity; He is on a never ending quest to promote that which is best in every domain in life. In short: he's nuts!
