  • Students will be able to discuss the merits and drawbacks of the internet’s role in music creation, production and distribution
  • Students will explore possibilities for networked music creation and performance
  • Students will understand the use of audio file compression and the basics of streaming audio
  • Students will understand the concept of mechanical rights for sound recordings
